• Outputs are generated probabilistically and are not guaranteed to be correct

• Outputs are intended to support engineering planning but may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them in production or decision-making.

You further agree that:

• You assume all risk arising from your use of outputs generated by the Services
• We are not be responsible for any decisions made based on generated outputs

We expressly disclaim any liability arising from:

• Errors or omissions in generated content
• Reliance on generated outputs
• Any downstream consequences of using generated plans, recommendations, or decisions

4. Billing Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to recurring billing (monthly or annual)
• Charges are processed through a third-party payment provider
• Subscriptions continue until canceled

All payments are:

• Billed in advance
• Non-refundable except where required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Free Trials

We may offer free trials at our discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or terminate trials at any time
• Change feature access or usage limits

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

We are not liable to you or any third party for termination, suspension, or loss of access to the Services.

• The accuracy of outputs generated by third-party systems

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We take reasonable measures to maintain the security, reliability, and availability of the Services. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
